Diagnosis
Eyes large, DE/DO = 3.8; frons narrowest at level of toruli; scutellum smooth; gaster with first tergite smooth; small species, 1.2 mm. Similar to cetiops, differs in having first gastral tergite completely smooth, antennal scrobes that join frontal suture separately, and median propodeum different (median carina wider and submedian grooves narrower); also similar to discus, differs in having reticulation on mesoscutum raised and with larger meshes, propodeum with submedian grooves partly reticulate, mesoscutum and scutellum metallic bluish-green.
